Park Living. Low-rise Housing

Located in a neighbourhood disconnected from its surroundings, the site is defined by roads that enforce separation and undefined green spaces between existing towers and slabs. To bridge this divide, the project explores the transition between private and public realms through greenery, where vegetation acts as a filter shaping how residents relate to one another, from individual domesticity to collective life. The proposal unifies the urban fabric through a new low-rise housing typology conceived as landscape furniture rather than traditional buildings. By allowing nature to surround and absorb them, the design preserves the experience of living in a park while fostering community through shared spaces.
