Goya 14. Collective Housing

Located on one of the main avenues of Madrid’s 19th-century Ensanche, the project involves the complete renovation of an office building into a residential complex of 29 branded residences. The facade facing Goya Street features traditional Madrid exposed brickwork, steel profiles, iron railings, and vertical wooden slats, offering a contemporary reinterpretation of the context materials.

The typical floor plans articulate a four-unit layout per level: two facing the interior courtyard and two oriented toward the street with recessed terraces. The building reserves generous space on the ground and first floors for amenities, culminating in a landscaped rooftop terrace with a swimming pool.
