Situated on a prominent corner of Madrid’s Ensanche, the project develops a residential building with 27 branded residences. Its corner location, a key feature of the proposal, is shaped by a stepped, broken-line opening with setback terraces that opens up to the urban space and articulates the transition between both streets while meeting adjacent cornices and building lines.

The facade references the surrounding traditional architecture by pairing vertical stone and wood rhythms with horizontal steel beams. The typical floor plans organize a five-unit layout per level with broad terraces, while the double-height ground floor houses the entrance and the amenities.
