Solana. Single-family Houses

Located in La Solana de Valdebebas, a new urban development on the outskirts of Madrid, the project proposes a development of 15 single-family homes arranged in two stepped rows adapted to the natural terrain. The proposal defines two typologies: the northern row includes 7 three-level units, while the southern row features 8 two-level units, each equipped with a garden terrace and private pool.

A private access road with a security checkpoint manages entry to the garages. Formally, the architecture is expressed in stone, concrete, steel, and glass, using a simple language designed under sustainability and industrialization principles.
